Insurance needs vary between small repairs, professional services and larger works. We confirm the appropriate cover before starting and can provide documentation where a job requires it.

Hampstead On Demand handles the request, triage and maintenance workflow, with larger planned works connected into the Hampstead Renovations team where appropriate.

You should not have to coordinate several unknown contractors yourself. We keep the quote, scheduling, communication and follow-up under one accountable process.
12-month workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship is covered for 12 months, subject to the published scope and exclusions. Product and material warranties remain separate.
