Before you get in touch
Include the full postcode, a short description of the work, and photographs when they help define the fabric or fault. For gas smells leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999 first. For other urgent risks, call us so we can confirm whether a make-safe attendance is available.
Contact questions
Should I call or submit a brief online?
Call for urgent safety issues so we can triage availability immediately. For planned maintenance or renovations, an online brief with photographs is usually the clearest way to start — we review fit and respond with the next written step.
Is the registered office a walk-in showroom?
No. The registered office is a legal address, not a customer meeting room. Briefs, site visits and work are arranged after we have reviewed the property details.
Do you guarantee same-day attendance for every postcode?
No. Availability depends on the trade, address, access and current capacity. We confirm timing and any call-out basis before dispatch for accepted urgent work.
Who delivers the work after I contact you?
Accepted work is delivered in-house through Hampstead Renovations or Hampstead Maintenance — not a marketplace of third-party bidders. Job-specific competence and insurance are confirmed for the accepted scope.
How is payment handled after contact?
There is no fee to get in touch. Smaller completed jobs are paid by bank transfer after completion; larger works use the deposit and final terms in the accepted written quote. We do not invent marketplace bidding or a fixed rate card from a phone call alone.
What should I prepare before contacting you?
Full postcode, a short description of the work, photographs of the affected fabric when helpful, and any freeholder or conservation documents you already hold. That package speeds triage without inventing a quote from incomplete information.
